YauzaiSafar is a free carpooling app for travel between cities. Drivers post the trips they are already making and fill their empty seats; passengers book a seat and share the cost. It is available now on Google Play for Android. Read what the name means and why we built it.

The app is free to download and free to create an account. YauzaiSafar does not process payments or take a commission — riders and drivers settle the shared travel cost directly between themselves.

The driver sets a price per seat when posting a ride, and every passenger sees it before booking. Each passenger pays for their own seat, so the cost of the trip is shared instead of one person paying for the whole car.

Rides are matched by city, with local currency, so the app works for any route you post, in any country. We're starting with Pakistan, where the busiest routes today are around Swabi, Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat and Swat. If no ride matches yours, post a passenger request and drivers on that route can send you offers.

YauzaiSafar is owned and run by Hizli System, a Pakistan-based software studio. Together they provide the app that connects people who want to carpool; they do not provide rides or take part in them. Install the app, then sign up with your email address and mobile number, or continue with Google in a single tap. Accounts are created inside the app, not on this website.

No. YauzaiSafar doesn't own vehicles or employ drivers. It connects drivers who are already making a trip with passengers going the same way, who share the cost per seat. For an urgent one-off trip, a ride-hailing app is the better fit.

Instead of relying on noisy group chats, YauzaiSafar gives you a structured place to match routes, see seats and price up front, book a seat that cannot be double-booked, and coordinate with far less confusion.

It means that traveller has submitted an identity document for review and passed the check. Verification is optional, so you will see both verified and unverified travellers in the app. It is an ID check only, not a background, licence or vehicle check; our safety guide covers what else to confirm before you travel.

Location is used in two places only: a one-time reading to set your country and currency when you post, and live position sharing during an active trip so you and the person you are travelling with can find each other. It is never shared with anyone else and never collected outside a trip. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Open Profile in the app and tap Delete Account — your data is removed immediately and permanently. You can also request deletion by email; see our account deletion page for both routes.
